1. Booking and Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for bridal services. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be applied to your final payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For bridal bookings, please provide at least 7 days notice for any changes.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. For bridal packages, a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due on the wedding day.

4. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality service and ensure your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address any issues.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. We use high-quality, professional-grade products, but we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions if we are not informed of known allergies in advance.

6. Photography and Social Media

We may take photographs of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos used, please inform us at the time of your appointment. We respect your privacy and will always ask for permission before sharing any images.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Mansi Beauty cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
